칼로리 미트와 주말을 알찬 먹거리와 보내고도
좀 감소했어요 쪄야 정상인데 ㅎㅎ

금요일아침 부터 잘 먹기시작했지요
닭발에 해물파전에 치킨 돈까스와 뼈다귀감자탕
족발 해물칼국수 닭볶음탕 호박전 비빔밥에
닭백숙등에 군만두 간식들까지 3일을 엄청 먹었네요
운동을 좀 하긴했어도 이정도 먹음 찌는건데 ㅎ
칼로리 미트가 체중을 잡아주네요 ㅎ
이번주는 좀더 잘먹고 운동해서 좀더 가벼워 져야겠어요
