첫애 출산후 34키로 감량하고 둘째출산한지 80 일조금 넘어서 식단다이어트 시작했습니다 하루 두끼는 닭가슴살 먹고있어서 한번 체험해보고싶습니다

아직 운동은 무리라고해서 식단으로만 관리하고있는데 현재 6키로 이상이 빠지긴했는데 아직 갈길이 멀어요ㅠ
