몸무게차이는별로없는데
사진찍는거랑 옷입는거육안상으로도 굉장히달라졌어요
저는 뱃살이 너무많아서복근위주로햇어요!
하루에 30분~1시간 식단조절은 탄수화물빼고
삼시세끼합쳐 1000칼로리넘지않게먹었어요
한달동안열심히했더니 몸무게는별로변화없어낙심중이엿는데
근육량이라생각하고더이쁜라인을만들기위해현재진행형~~
목표몸무게는48kg인데 남편은그만하고난리네요ㅠ
