드뎌! 30 일채웠어요
오늘은52.2kg이네요!
처음보단 그래도 0.5kg정도 빠지고 어느정도 유지하고 있어요.
전 무조건 간식먹으면 (조그만거라도)
운동 3배로했구요 6시30붓 지나고 먹으면 무조건 5배 했어요.
그리고,트랜스지방이0인 머핀이나 비타민 이런거는
6시반이후에 먹어도 간식 안쳤고요
끝나서 넘넘 좋아요~^^
큰 차이는 없지만 뿌듯하네용~♥
