30대중반이되면서 하염없이 찌길래..
정신차리고 8월6일부터 다어어트했어요.
두달간 주로 먹은 식단 입니다^^
닭가슴살큐브,구운계란, 그릭요거트,양상추,샐러리 등등
배고프지않게 먹으면서 운동했는데
중간중간 외식, 회식으로 많이 먹긴했는데
그래도 빠지긴 빠지네요ㅎ

추석명절 시댁가는길.

치팅데이를 따로둔건아니었는데 본의아니게 주말마다 먹게되서ㅠ그리고 주중에 본의아니게 회식으로 삼겹살 ㅋㅋ
그냥 일주일에 한번 많게는 두번?ㅋ
평생 안 먹고 살거 아니니 유난떨지않고 먹게될땐
맛있게 먹으면서 과식다음날 조절하도록 노력 했습니다.
아직 목표까지 3-4키로 남았는데
더 파이팅하려고 식단글을 남겨봅니다ㅋ~
