저녁 : 크라비아, 양파, 브로콜리, 병아리콩을 그릭요거트와 섞어서 계란과 토마토위에 토핑으로 얹어 먹었어요~
제가 과자를 진짜 좋아해요.. 단것보단 짭짤한..
하나 먹음 자극적인 맛에 식욕이 돌면서 다른 건강한 간식은 성에 안차고 자꾸 과자 생각이..
더 먹고싶어.. 그만먹어야돼.. 요 생각이 종일 충돌을 해서 괴롭네요..😢
