굿이브닝!
오늘이 4월의 마지막 날이라니, 시간이 넘 번개같이
지나간 것 같애요.
이번달도 유지성공요. 2개월동안 39.5~40.5 왔다리갔다리 한 것 같애요. 제 평균체중은 40.3정도 같고, 몸 사이즈도 비슷. 허벅지는 1.5cm 줄여졌어요.

오늘 저녁에도 팝콘을 ㅎㅎ 청양 고추가루를 팍팍 뿌렸어요 ㅎㅎ맛나요 ㅎㅎㅎ20g인데 이렇게 양이 많아요! 식이섬유가 풍부하고 지방이 없어서 홈메이드는 다욧트 식재료로 최고랍니다. ㅎㅎㅎ
