굿이브닝!
대만은 오늘까지 쉬는 날인데 저는 어김없이 일을 했어요.☹️ 하지만 다른 날보다 조금 한가웠던 거에 위안삼았습니다 😂
왠만하면 공복 운동을 하려고 노력하는데, 오늘처럼 바쁜 날엔 오후에 하거나 틈새 운동을 하는 편이에요.
오래 앉아있음 엉덩이가 꺼지고 착색이 될 확률이 높어서 한시간에 5~10분정도 서있습니다. 칼로리 확 줄이는 것보다 이런 작은 것부터 개선 하는 게 우선인 것 같애요!
