물론 아직갈길에비해 십분의1도안갔지만
저와비슷한몸매를(?)지니신분들도계실까싶어 완전민망한몸이지만올려요.이렇게올리면 다시한번다잡게되는거같아요

일단폰재구매로20일부터다시했구요.
아침.저녁쉐이크마시고
점심만일반식했습니다.가벼운스트레칭.홈트하면서요
그리고마지막주부턴 30분순환운동다녔고8월첫주는휴가로 적는거포기ㅋ
좀먹어서 걱정했는데 20일과비교했을때 0.3키로증가했네요.사실몸무게변화는없는데 오늘사진찍어보니 배가좀들어간거같기도해서올려봐요^^

운동초보라격하고오래하는거못해서 아침빠르게걷기30분(시간은점차늘릴예정)
저녁순환운동 .지금하는건 이게전부네요^^가끔 집에서스트레칭! 좀더빼서 다시중간후기올리고싶네요
