곤약젤리 처음 먹어봤는데 괜찮네요.
입심심할때 좋을것 같아요.
7월보다 8월에 운동을 덜 했더니 확실히 덜 빠짐
9월은 좀 더 운동해 볼께요
1500칼로리 이하로 먹으려고 노력해요
2000칼로리 이상 넘어가니 몸무게가 늘어서~
