한달동안 제가 지킨건.. 운동은 거의 매일30분이상 했고요(일부러 휴식날 2~3줌) 술먹은 다음날은 운동을 좀더 했엇요 아침기상7시 10시전에 아침먹고 술마신날빼곤 6까지만먹고 11시이전에 잤어요 물은 3L 마시고 ..이게 다네요 한달이 정말 길었습니다!! 오늘부터 전 GM식단을 다시 시작했답니다 요요가있다 없다는 제가 전문가가 아니라 일답은 못하지만 전 좋은듯요^^
