각1.5kg 덤벨이라 덤벨운동 각5회씩추가하려 했으나..어깨와 팔꿈치 안좋아 치료받으러 다니는 관계로 그냥 과제그대로 수행합니다~~
걷기는.. 어깨치료받고 수행후 올릴려구요~~

아침..바나나1개(밥먹을수없는 상황이에요..ㅠㅠ)
간식..아몬드.거봉
점심..운동후 저지방우유랑 단백질보충제
저녁..바나나2개.요거트.햄프씨드.해바라기씨
이번주 한주는 식사관리도더많이 신경쓸려고 맘 먹었더니 절제가좀더 쉽네요.. 아마도 마지막주라는 기대감때문인듯해요~~
