ᆞ저녁ㅡ계란4개(노른자1개),방울토마토,사과1/4 조각,아가들김치볶음밥2수저
오늘도 종일 비에 힘드네용;; 목에 땀띠가ㅠㅠ
운동할때 땀이대박ㅎㅎㅎ 간식이 좀 불량하네요ㅎ
