첫주때는 배고픈게 제일 싫어서 식사때마다 배엄청 부르게 먹고 6시 이후로 금식했어요.
그래도 전에 먹던 가닥때문인제 3키로 정도 빠지더라구용..

첫날엔 화장실 직빵.
둘째날부턴 설사를 해서ㅠㅠ 당분간 쉬고 있어요.

이 식단이 제일 맛있었어요. 버섯을 구울때 간이나 기름을 두루지 않고 고추로만 향을 내도 충분히 맛있어용.
오징어에 약간에 짠맛이 있어서~ㅎㅎ 이거 다먹고 암청 배불렀답니당..

전날 식단이 부실하면 꼭 다음날 맛있게 먹으려는 보상심리가 생기더라구여.. 이걸 고쳐야 살이 빠질것같아여ㅠㅠ
