그냥 밥에 닭가슴살 먹기싫어서 해봤는데
너무 간단하고 맛있어서 공유해요ㅎㅎ
일단 현미밥 준비해놓으시구요
저는 기름을 살짝 둘렀는데 굳이 안하셔도돼요
- 후라이팬에 닭가슴살+파프리카 넣고 볶는다
- 어는정도 파프리카가 익으면 현미밥 넣고
- 여기서 중요~~ 매실청을 아빠숟갈 한스푼
넣고 볶아주면!!됩니다
핵심은 매실청이에요ㅎㅎ제가 자주 체해가지고 엄마가 담궈주신건데 , 시중파는걸로해도 무방
매실청넣고 볶으니까 완전 맛나요ㅎ
다이어트 자극되게 마침 아이돌학교도 해가지고
보면서 맛있게 샐러드랑 먹었네요ㅎㅎ
