굿이브닝!
오늘도 아침부터 저녁까지 맛나게 배불리 먹었네요.
아침은 과일위주
점심은 통밀크레페를 베이스로 깔고 그 위에 각종 채소, 계란, 열빙어를 올리고 샐러드를 만들어서 같이 먹었어요.

어제 저온 발효해서 만든 통밀빵을 맛봤어요.

어제 오전 7시전에 반죽을 준비해서 냉장고에서 약 15시간 숙성해서...저의 첫 저온발효 통밀빵 시도입니다. 생각보다 잘 나와서 넘 기뻤어요. 앞으론 통밀빵은 저온발효해서 민들어야겠어요ㅎㅎㅎ
