오늘은 운동을 많이 해서 저녁 워킹은 패스요.
내일은 7월의 마지막 500대 칼로리 섭취하는 날이네요ㅎㅎㅎ 아보카도랑 연어로 마무리 할 생각이에요ㅎㅎ. 😁

어제 만든거 저녁에 맛봤는데. 오 넘 맛나요! 아들은 단맛을 더 줄일 필요가 없다는데...다음에 조금 수정을 해서 한번 더 만들어보고...레시피 공유할게요. 운동 후 이거 하나면 딱! ㅎㅎ
