할롱요
토욜날은 좀 프리하게 식사를 했어요.
어제 빡쎈 운동의 여파로 오늘 11시쯤에 기상.
빨래 후딱 돌리고 나서 아들 & 내 점심 준비. 요즘 스트레스가 이마저만이 아니라서 매일 매운거만 땡기네요. 오늘은 고추 5개 투하했는데도 하나도 안매웠...😑
후식은 고정 음료.
저녁은 얼린 과일로 스무디에 군버섯 & 검정콩을 토핑으로..이상한 조합이지만...ㅎㅎ
운동 끝나고 하얀소고 백화점 마트에 갔는데...회랑 견괴류가 세일에 급때여서 걍 사먹어요. 오랜만에 먹어본 견과류도 굿굿. 뭐, 이런 날도 있는 거지 ㅎㅎ
