하루에 가볍게 스트레칭 20분정도해주고 물2리터씩 마셨어요ㅎㅎ
식단은 먹고싶은거, 하지만 야식최대한 자제하고 양은 반절로 줄였어요!
그러다보니 이젠 많이 먹고싶어도 못먹겠더라구요ㅋㅋ
이젠 운동을 좀더 빡세게 해볼까해요!
여름전에 50키로대찍고 예쁜 수영복 입고싶네요ㅋㅋ
아 제키는 170이구 나이는 20살입니다!!
50키로대만들기까지 여러분하구 같이 으쌰으쌰해서 다같이 원하는 몸무게 만들었으면 좋겠어요ㅋㅋ
