*오늘은 어쩌다가 운동과다;;;^^
*폼롤러스트레칭
*모닝등산 1시간
*오후 등산 1시간(신랑쫒아서)
*밤 필라테스 50분(다녀와서 넉다운;;;;
인증하고 바로 휴식모드)
🔥🔥🔥오후 등산하고 급 배고파서 닭갈비 맛나게 먹고~^^
밤 필라까지
어쩌다 운동과다, 나트륨과다
내일도 저울엔 못 올라가겠다........
뭐든 과용은 옳지않다걸 느끼고 반성중
