아침에 진짜 먹고싶은거 다먹었어여 !!
방금도 아침 순두부찌개 + 곤약밥 + 핫바먹고
밀크후레시팡 하나먹고 샌드위치 반쪽 총 900칼로리먹었어여 ....하하하 ;;;;
운동은
일주일동안 두번빠졌네여 ㅠㅠ
헬스장가서 사이클20분~40 다신30일도전운동들 런닝머신걷기 20분 스트레칭 정도하규...
점심저녁은 거의 소식 !!!
그리구 주말에 미친듯이 빵폭식해서 살 쪘을줄 알았는데 다이어트황금기라 빠져있더라구요~
