할롱요!
주말은 이왕이면 늦잠자려고 노력하지만..갸인작인 일도 해야해사 아들이랑 같은 시간에 일어났어요.
아침은 고정 메뉴. 점심엔 매운게 땡겨서 먀칠전에 백화점 마트에서 산 찬마유부볼과 튀기지 않는 오징어 어묵으로 올만에 매운볶음을 만들었어요. 저녁엔 어제 산 참겉엔 살짝 익힌 참치랑 검정콩 위주로...후식들은 고정 특별 곡물모카.
운동은 짐센터에서 상체위주 & 9000보요
