혹시 관심 있는분 참고하시라고 올려요~
저는 IPTV 즐겨찾기 해놓고 가끔 찾아보곤하거든요~
여기서 주의할 부분은 케톤증인것 같아요.
염분섭취와 육류, 어류, 채소류를 골고루 섭취하고 충분한 수분섭취! 절대 한가지만 집중공략하면 안되고 좋은 지방만 섭취하기!
근데.. 차려먹기 정말 귀찮을땐, 걍 있는 반찬 대충 먹고 들기름이나 버터, 또는 코코넛 오일 한 숟가락 먹고 커피로 입가심 한답니다~ㅋ
방송처럼 커피에 타서 먹으면 깔끔한 맛이 없어서 좀 그렇더라구요^^;
